OvaCue New Fertility Monitor
So if you’re not into checking your urine every morning or doing one of the extensive systems of measuring your temprature and charting your progress then let technology help you. This was the solution my sister went for in the end as she kept forgetting to do her tempratre, particularly when you realise that you’ve late for work for the 3rd time that week!!
So this is at your higher end of the fertility budget, but having said that compared to a fertility consultant still on the cheap side. Fertility monitors can be fantastic, my sister swears by them. They are easy to use, acurate and most of all very very helpful. I have reviewed two here for you to look at, there is a big price difference in them one being $245.95 and the other coming in at $485.00.
So lets review the cheaper one first: – OvaCue New Fertility Monitor
which as mentioned is $245.95. It couldn’t be easier to work, you simply pop the sensor in your mouth for 5 seconds. It measures the hormone indicator in your saliva and tells you if you are ovulating to an amazing 98% degree of aaccuracy. Easy peasy lemmon squeezy!!

Lady-Comp Fertility Monitor
This monitor works on the old fashioned method of taking your temprature in the morning and working out your hormone level from that. You can do this youself with a themometer and record the information. This piece of kit takes all the hard work out of it, it records your temprature on a daily basis stores this information and then informs you on the days you are most likely to concieve. This is 99.3% accurate. Whoo Hoo. If this doesn’t work then there is a problem! The Lady-Comp Fertility Monitor come in at a cost of $485.00, so it ain’t cheap! But it is effective.
